It's best to arrive with a clean face, free from makeup. Avoid waxing or sun exposure 24 hours before your appointment. Let us know if you're using any prescription skincare products, so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.
Are the products used during the facial safe?

Do I have to come alone?
Yes; we highly encourage that you come alone for the highest relaxation experience.
Cancelation Policy
Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. A twenty-four-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling in less than twenty-four hours and no-shows will require a charge of 100% of the treatment price.
Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service time may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for the next client. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality!

2. Consent Form
Once your consultation form is complete, we will provide you with available appointment times to choose from. After selecting your session, you'll receive a link to fill out a consent form and submit a deposit to secure your booking. This ensures your appointment is confirmed and ready for your relaxation experience!
3. Day of
For the most relaxing experience, we recommend arriving with no makeup, comfortable clothing, and easy-to-remove shoes. This will ensure you feel at ease during your treatment, allowing you to fully unwind and enjoy the rejuvenating effects of your head spa session. We want you to feel completely relaxed from start to finish!
4. After care
To maintain the benefits of your facial treatment, we recommend scheduling your next appointment in 6 weeks for optimal results. For continued care at home, feel free to ask us about recommended products to support your skin health between visits. We're here to answer any questions and guide you in choosing the best home-care products to keep your skin feeling revitalized.
